Cutting Tool selection and operational considerations

.Woodworking milling cutter, being designed specifically for portable saw and desktop woodworking engraving machine, cannot be used in machines such as electric drill, driller. In principle, all tools are designed to rotate in the clockwise direction. Quality of workmanship is very important, rational cutting quantity will make cutting more light and better.

.The cutter can make a smooth cutting surface on wood such as hardwood, cork wood and synthetic board as well as plexiglass, artificial stone and other materials. But it can’t be used on cutting iron-containing metals or non-wood materials, which includes steel, iron, sand, stone and so on.

.To meet your requirements, be sure to use a short blade tool. A tool that is too long or with a long blade edge can cause vibration and bias, and result in damage to the tool.

.We recommend using a tool with a large-diameter shank.

.It is very important to use the normal and suitable size collet. Collet that is old, cross-sectioned, irregular-shaped, worn or with a tapered inner bore does not provide enough clamping force, which will cause the tool flying off, vibrating or twist the shank to break.
In addition, the idea that new collet must be safer and reliable is wrong. When the shank is found with non-uniform connecting marks or grooves after clamping, it indicates slippage and deformation of the inner hole of the collet. In this case, the collet must be replaced immediately.

.The tool shank and the collet must be perfectly matched. The tool shank should be completely inserted into the collet and properly tighten, by which the collet can provide a strong clamping force when using the tool, otherwise the tool shank will break and lead to tool damage.

.Use suitable eye protection when operating.

.Keep your body, clothes, hair and other things away from the machine in operation.
